Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, check, or cash.

   

A $50 retainer fee will be due at the time of booking and is refundable up to 7 days prior to the date of your appointment.

   

Payment of the total fee (minus the retainer) is due on the day of your appointment.

 

Weather issues may require us to reschedule. I will work with you to find a date that works for both of us as soon as possible after the weather event.

I understand that no one wants to have their photo taken if they feel ill. Rescheduling can happen once due to illness. After that an additional $50 non-refundable fee will be added to the Service total.

 

If you fail to show up for your scheduled time (without 24 hours notice) you will forfeit your retainer.

 

Parents, friends, or others are welcome to be at the photo shoot, but no other camera or cell phone photos can be taken during the photoshoot. I will end a session if I observe other photos being taken.

 

You will receive a folder of digital images within 7 days of your appointment date. These digital images should be used for personal use only.

 

Raw images remain the property of 𝘱𝘩𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩𝘺 𝘣𝘺 𝘯𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘺 𝘥’𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘰. I will not release any of the unedited photos and will only accept requests for minor additional edits to the final images (excluding slimming of bodies, removing items or persons from picture, or adding anything to the picture.)

 

Your images are held for 30 days. After 30 days if you have not downloaded your images, they will be deleted from my site, and you will incur a $25 fee to have them re-uploaded.

 

I do offer print services for an additional cost. Prices and available products are on my website.
